Minneapolis Talent Pipeline - Primarily Onsite Projects
We're building a Minneapolis-based pipeline of Document Review Attorneys for ongoing and upcoming projects throughout 2026 and beyond. These roles are primarily onsite in Minneapolis, depending on client requirements, and are ideal for attorneys seeking predictable project-based work with clear expectations and structured workflows.

What You'll Do

• Review large volumes of documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and coding accuracy
• Organize and tag documents within leading eDiscovery platforms
• Identify key documents and escalate issues to supervising attorneys
• Follow established review protocols and meet accuracy and production targets
• Work independently while remaining responsive to project leadership
• Participate in workflows supported by documented procedures and attorney oversight

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school; active license in good standing (Minnesota)
• 2+ years of litigation and/or document review experience
• Proficiency with Relativity, Everlaw, Concordance, or similar review tools
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow structured protocols and meet production goals

Role at a Glance

• Employment Type: Contract (project-based)
• Schedule: Full-time during active projects
• Location: Primarily onsite in Minneapolis; some projects may offer hybrid or remote options depending on client needs
• Compensation: Provided per project; $23-$50 hourly (dependent on experience)
